Venezuelan-American. Executive coach. Vision Quest guide. Former Head of Product. I spent a decade building things and a decade learning how to be a person. Now I help serious leaders do both at once.

The path here

How I got here

A few years ago I left my career as a product leader — Head of Product at Everlance, after a successful exit — in search of something I couldn’t yet name. I spent the next year and a half searching, listening, and, if I’m honest, wrestling.

I sensed that my deeper purpose was to become a coach, a guide, a facilitator. But my immigrant, first-generation American, overachieving self was mortified. How could I walk away from the success I’d worked so hard to build?

I accepted the call. What followed was years of deep training — Integral Coaching, somatic practice, vision quests in the Sonoran Desert, months in the wilderness alone. And a growing clarity that the work I was doing wasn’t a departure from my professional life. It was the thing my professional life had been preparing me for.

Even when doubt returns, I feel a sense of trust and resonance I’ve never felt this consistently before. If you’ve read this far, maybe some part of this resonates with you too.

The depth work

Over a decade of practice

This isn’t methodology I studied. It’s practice I’ve lived. Tibetan Buddhism. Psychedelic-assisted exploration. Vision quests — multiple, across years, in the tradition of Animas Valley Institute. Extended solo time in wilderness. Somatic work with Hakomi. Parts work with IFS. The contemplative path and the professional path, braided together.

I bring this not as credentials but as lived experience of what transformation actually requires — and costs — and gives back.
