Wayfinding
Something has shifted.
You can feel it.
Maybe you lost a job you didn’t realize you’d outgrown. Maybe you’ve been successful for years and something still feels hollow. Whatever brought you here — this page is for the moment when the path you were on doesn’t feel like yours anymore.
You might be here because
“I don’t know who I am outside of my work.”
“I got laid off — and I’m scared, and also a little relieved.”
“I’ve been successful for years and something still feels off.”
“I want to build something that actually means something.”
What I offer
This isn’t career coaching.
It’s deeper than that.
I help people at threshold moments go beneath the surface question — “what’s my next job?” — to the one underneath it: who am I becoming, and what does that require of me?
I know this territory from the inside. I left a successful career in tech not because things were going badly, but because something was calling that I couldn’t ignore. The year and a half that followed was one of the most disorienting and formative of my life. I went into the wilderness, literally, and came back different.
That experience is part of what I bring to this work.
How it works
A conversation first.
If something here landed, the next step is simple: a free 25-minute conversation. No pitch, no pressure. Just an honest exchange about where you are and whether I can help.
Maybe you, too, are standing at a threshold. If you’d like a companion in that exploration, I’d be honored to walk beside you.
